10月末で一つのプロジェクトが終了し、次のプロジェクトが始まる前に「プロジェクト休暇」を取得して旅行に行くことにしました。
At the end of October, one project finished, and before the next one begins, I decided to take a “project vacation” and go traveling.
最初は「近くて安い旅行先」としてベトナムを考えました。しかし、以前12月にハノイを訪れた際、寒さが厳しく、さらに台風が接近していて危険だと感じたため断念しました。
At first, I considered Vietnam as a nearby and affordable destination. However, when I visited Hanoi in December before, it was freezing cold and a typhoon was approaching, so I decided against it.
そこでタイに行くことを決め、航空券を購入しました。直前の予約だったため格安チケットはなく、エアアジアで成田－バンコク往復を約48,000円で購入しました。
So I chose Thailand instead and bought flight tickets. Since it was a last-minute booking, cheap tickets were unavailable, and I purchased a round-trip ticket from Narita to Bangkok with AirAsia for about 48,000 yen.
私は東京都大田区在住なので羽田発の方が便利ですが、料金が高く、深夜発か早朝発しかなかったため断念。成田までの移動費を考慮しても成田発の方が安かったので選びました。
I live in Ota Ward, Tokyo, so Haneda Airport would have been more convenient. However, flights were expensive and only available late at night or early in the morning, so I gave up. Even considering the transport cost to Narita, flying from Narita was cheaper, so I chose that option.
今回の旅では宿泊費が高かったり、ルートを急遽変更することもありましたが、結果的にとても楽しめました。
During this trip, some accommodations were expensive, and I had to change my route suddenly, but overall, I truly enjoyed the journey.
