✈️ 急な仕事の都合で、タイ行き決定！
Due to a sudden change in my work schedule, I decided to travel to Thailand.
先週、急遽タイ行きの航空券を取りました。
Last week, I booked a flight to Thailand on short notice.
急だったので、少し高め。
Because it was last-minute, the price was a bit steep.
成田〜バンコクの往復で約46,000円。
A round-trip ticket from Narita to Bangkok cost around ¥46,000.
それも、エアアジアです。
And yes, it’s with AirAsia.
レガシーキャリアの安い時より、ちょっとだけお得？くらいの価格。
It’s only slightly cheaper than legacy carriers during their discount periods.
急に取ったので、これはもう仕方ない。
Given the timing, I can’t complain too much.
🌪 台風接近中…飛行機は大丈夫？
Typhoon Approaching… Will the Flight Be Okay?
今、台湾付近に台風が来ているけど、大丈夫かな？
There’s a typhoon near Taiwan right now—hope it doesn’t affect my flight.
ちゃんと飛んでくれればいいけど。
I just hope the plane takes off as scheduled.
下手すると、台風を避けて大回りになるのかな？
Worst case, the plane might have to detour around the storm.
できるだけ予定時刻についてほしい。
I really hope to arrive on time.
🛂 初めてのタイ入国オンライン申請「Thailand Pass」
First Time Using Thailand’s Online Entry System
今回初めて、タイの入国申請をネットでやってみました。
This was my first time applying for entry into Thailand online.
どのくらい入国時間が短縮されるのか、ちょっと楽しみ。
I’m curious to see how much time it actually saves at immigration.
面倒だったのが、宿泊先の住所の入力と、帰国便の登録。
The annoying part was entering my accommodation’s full address and registering my return flight.
これ、気分次第で旅先を変える人には厳しいよね。
For travelers who decide their next destination on a whim, this system is pretty rigid.
以前の入国カードは、バンコクホステル（実在するか不明）とか書いても通ったのに。
With the old paper entry card, you could just write “Bangkok Hostel” (real or not) and get through.
緩いなら、必須項目にしないでほしい…。
If it’s flexible anyway, why make those fields mandatory?

そんなことを言いながら、いよいよ旅に出発します。
Despite all that, I’m finally setting off on my journey.
台風、入国申請、フライトの不安…
Typhoon, entry procedures, flight worries…
でも、旅の始まりはいつも少しの混乱とワクワクがセット。
But the start of any trip always comes with a mix of chaos and excitement.
